Wren Venvertloh

Wren Venvertloh is a strategic advisor and executive coach who equips CEOs and leadership teams to build and strengthen multidimensional clarity —advancing it as both a capacity and a set of disciplines for leadership in today’s fast-changing environment.
With more than 25 years of experience, including seven in the C-suite, she has guided organizations through growth, inflection points, and high-stakes decisions.
Her focus is on leaders in purpose-driven and climate innovation companies with more than 200+ employees, where urgency, scale, and values converge.
At GoodMagnified, Wren helps executives reconnect intent and execution. She surfaces competing clarity stories, reduces friction, and builds systems that drive clarity at scale. She is leading the development of the Clarity Quotient, GoodMagnified’s flagship assessment.
Wren holds an executive certificate in Data Automation, AI, and Analytics from Kellogg School of Management and advanced credentials in leadership development and organizational health. She has trained extensively in executive leadership and organizational health, building on experience with some of the field’s most respected practitioners while creating her own clarity-focused methodologies.
She lives on the ancestral land of the Chinook and Cowlitz people, also called Vancouver, Washington.
Wren’s consultancy is informed by advanced executive education — including completion of the CAPA Pro program at The Table Group, founded by Patrick Lencioni — and by years of practical experience advising leaders on growth, clarity, and organizational health.
