Meet the Founder + CEO
Wren Venvertloh
Wren Venvertloh is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach who equips owners, presidents, CEOs, and executive teams to build clarity as a leadership capacity and a set of disciplines in fast-scaling organizations.
She brings more than 25 years of experience, including seven in the C-suite.
Prior to founding GoodMagnified (formerly Mersino Consulting) in 2020, Wren served as Chief Marketing Officer of a $1.7 billion financial institution, overseeing marketing, communications, HR, card services, digital channels, and research and development. She guided the organization’s rebrand, a $12 million digital banking transformation, and sustained growth in a younger member segment during a period of industry-wide stagnation.
Earlier, as Chief Marketing Officer of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), she directed a global rebrand and the marketing and communications for a record-setting conference with 20,000 attendees. She also supported the incoming CEO through a critical executive transition, leading marketing, communications, and publishing.
Her work today focuses on women’s sports organizations, with select work in purpose-driven financial institutions.
At GoodMagnified, Wren built and leads Clarity Planning™, a strategic planning process for executive teams, and coaches executives one-on-one. Both draw on Individual and Team Clarity Reads™ and address the strategic and behavioral sides of leadership.
Early on, she trained directly under Patrick Lencioni through CAPA Pro and was one of the first certified in Working Genius.
A former competitive swimmer who twice qualified for YMCA Nationals, Wren respects the demands of high performance and the pressures that come with it.
She lives on the ancestral land of the Chinook and Cowlitz people, also called Vancouver, Washington.
