GoodMagnified partners with executives shaping women’s sports where purpose, innovation, and performance converge. These are environments where urgency, scale, and values intersect, and where clarity often determines whether momentum slows or compounds.
We equip owners, presidents, CEOs, founders, and executive teams to keep Clarity in Motion™ as trade-offs sharpen, visibility grows, and leadership narratives evolve.
Wren Venvertloh

Wren Venvertloh is a clarity advisor and executive coach who equips owners, CEOs, and executive teams to build multidimensional clarity as both a leadership capacity and a set of disciplines in fast-changing environments.
A former competitive swimmer who twice qualified for YMCA Nationals at the International Swimming Hall of Fame pool in Fort Lauderdale, Wren has been immersed in high-performance environments from an early age. She later brought that same discipline into senior executive roles, and now to leaders shaping the business of women’s sports.
With more than 25 years of experience, including seven in the C-suite, Wren has guided organizations through growth, inflection points, and high-stakes decisions.
Her work today focuses on women’s sports organizations and purpose-driven financial institutions, where urgency, scale, and values converge.
At GoodMagnified, Wren helps executives align intent and execution. She surfaces competing clarity stories, reduces friction, and builds systems that support clear, consistent decisions at scale. Wren is also leading the development of the Clarity Quotient™, GoodMagnified’s flagship assessment designed to measure and strengthen executive clarity.
Wren holds an executive certificate in Data Automation, AI, and Analytics from the Kellogg School of Management, along with advanced credentials in leadership development and organizational health. She has trained extensively with respected practitioners in the field while also developing her own clarity-focused methodologies.
Wren lives on the ancestral land of the Chinook and Cowlitz people, also called Vancouver, Washington.
Wren’s advisory work is informed by advanced executive education — including completion of the CAPA Pro program at The Table Group, founded by Patrick Lencioni — and by years of practical experience advising leaders on growth, clarity, and organizational health.
