The Clarity Quotient™

Clarity is a developable capacity. The Clarity Quotient™ will make it visible.

In high-stakes environments, clarity requires discipline.

Strategies shift mid-course. Roles evolve. Assumptions surface. Decisions move quickly, often across teams and functions.

Without shared clarity, executives can begin operating from distinct versions of what is clear, what is known, and what comes next, each shaped by their own strengths, assumptions, and pace.

The Clarity Quotient™ is GoodMagnified’s executive clarity assessment, now in development for executives under pressure. Its initial focus is women’s sports.

What the Clarity Quotient Will Surface

How clarity takes shape across six disciplines

At launch, the Clarity Quotient will provide a Clarity Composite Profile™ that brings each executive’s clarity into view.

Built on GoodMagnified’s proprietary FICAAR Clarity Engine™, this first profile is designed to make emerging clarity patterns more visible for senior leaders, beginning in women’s sports.

It will surface:

  • Where clarity comes most naturally
  • Where it can be strengthened with intention
  • Where it may be most vulnerable under pressure

How Clarity Is Developed

The FICAAR Clarity Engine™

The Clarity Quotient™ is being built on GoodMagnified’s proprietary FICAAR Clarity Engine™, which defines the six disciplines of executive clarity.

  • Focus
  • Intentionality
  • Communication
  • Alignment
  • Agency
  • Results

Clarity strengthens as leaders apply these disciplines in practice. Over time, it becomes a lasting leadership capacity.

What Makes the Clarity Quotient™ Different

Clarity itself, defined and measured

Many leadership assessments focus on traits, styles, engagement, or team dynamics. The Clarity Quotient™ is being developed to examine clarity itself and the ways it shows up in executive life.

The Clarity Quotient™ will bring together:

  • Measurable disciplines of clarity
Structuring clarity in ways leaders can recognize and strengthen in their day-to-day work.
  • Strategic and behavioral indicators of clarity
Revealing how leadership behaviors and organizational systems support clarity, or quietly undermine it, in the flow of real work.
  • Context-specific application
Beginning with women’s sports leadership and the realities of leading in this fast-scaling, highly visible environment.

Clarity Quotient™: Women’s Sports Edition

Initial applied focus: women’s sports leadership

GoodMagnified is initially developing the Clarity Quotient™ for senior leaders shaping women’s sports, including those leading teams, leagues, and select organizations building what comes next.

The Women’s Sports Edition will be grounded in front-office leadership and the broader business of women’s sports, where:

  • Priorities shift quickly
  • Communication carries risk and impact
  • Ownership and intent must be clear
  • Alignment and follow-through carry real weight

What's Next for the Clarity Quotient

Expanding how clarity is interpreted in context

The Clarity Quotient™ will continue to evolve alongside the environments leaders work within.

As development continues, GoodMagnified’s Noise + Signal Framework™ will add depth to how clarity is interpreted, tested, and acted on.

This next layer will examine the narratives, pressures, and competing perspectives that shape:

  • How signals are read in real time
  • How communication and actions are interpreted across roles
  • How clarity holds, shifts, or breaks down

Beginning with women’s sports, it will further explore how clarity is strengthened or distorted in high-exposure environments, helping leaders translate insight into more intentional action.
